Our CFO/CCCM/Consultant/Responsible Managing Member is former founder and RMO (Responsible Managing Officer) for the largest independent elevator company in San Diego, California. Eric Stern has an electrical background and joined the elevator trade in 2005. He has worked both with OEM's and independent elevator companies, from sales to project management to installation and inspect.
Our Vice President/Consultant, Dan Lopez, has 17 years of elevator industry experience working in multiple facets of the elevator industry from; Sr. Account Representative, Modernization Sales, Service Superintendent, Repair Superintendent and Elevator Consultant. He has worked in major markets which includes San Francisco, Sacramento, Los Angeles, San Diego, Hawaii, Reno, and Las Vegas. Mr. Lopez enjoys finding the right solution for the building owner and their vertical equipment.
